Teddy Bear Picnic
Have you ever wanted to learn how to create your own sugar decorations for cake and cupcakes?During this workshop Emma will show you how to create a range of different decorations from a teddy bear figure, knit blanket, flowers and mini cakes.
You'll learn how to use a variety of different cake decorating tools from modelling tools, texture mats, plunge cutters, moulds and patchwork cutters.You'll learn about different decorating ingredients from modelling paste, edible dust, food pens and how to use each one.
During the workshop you'll create your own teddy bear picnic scene, this is a perfect workshop for someone who's just starting to learn sugarcraft or someone looking to improve their skills. All skills you'll learn in this class can be used on a variety of cake themes, once you know the basics you'll be able to create a wide range of different sugar decorations.
Come along grab and learn some new sugarcraft skills, you'll be able to ask questions as we go along.
Tea/Coffee and light refreshments will be provided.
Workshop length is 2.5 hours approx.
Workshops are non-refundable, except where the class has been cancelled by Gingerbread House.
