Grape Violet Sugarflair food colouring paste.Sugarflair edible paste colours are a concentrated food colouring, comprising a gel like consistency, that can be kneaded into sugar paste, flower and modelling paste, marzipan, buttercream and royal icing to produce a range of shades by varying the amount of paste used. A little goes a long way always start with a small amount and add more if required for a darker shade.Ingredients: Humectant: Vegetable glycerine E422; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: E122* carmoisine, E133 brilliant blue. *E122, may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children
