ProGel concentrated colours by Rainbow Dust Colours are ideal for buttercream, cake batter, fondant/sugarpaste. ProGel colours are highly concentrated, only the smallest amount is required to give a deep rich colour to your creations. Simply add a small amount to your sugarpaste, marzipan, buttercream etc and watch it transform into your desired colour as it is mixed in.
Direction: Add a little food colour and mix to combine, add more if a darker colour is required. Colour will develop over time a little goes a long way.
Ingredients: Humectant: E422, colour: E129, E102, E122, water. *E129, E102, E122: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
May contain traces of: egg, soy and milk.
