The FunCakes Isomalt can be heated without losing its sweetness or change colour.Extremely suitable for melting and re forming. Sugar free sweetener, white and odourless.Preparation: Melt in the microwave (approx. 700W in a heat resistant bowl) or in a pan up to 170°C. Stir the isomalt every 20-30 seconds until completely melted. Place the bowl / pan in a bowl with a small amount of cold water for approx. 10 seconds. The isomalt is now tempered and you can colour and process it as desired. ATTENTION!: The melted isomalt is very hot!Ingredients: Isomalt (100%). This product is Halal certified.Size: 250g
