With this cocoa powder you can create a nice delicious, full-bodied chocolate and cocoa flavour with rich cocoa notes and an intense colour. If you add the cocoa powder to ganache you can create intense dark coloured cakes. Use the powder as an ingredient for cakes, cupcakes, brownies, ice cream, chocolate glaze or cookies.
