PME Texture mats are used to add texture and an intricate pattern into rollout icing as Sugar paste, modelling paste, gum paste, modelling chocolate and marzipan. This mat will give a honeycomb pattern to sugarpaste.

How to Use: Simply roll over the top with your rolling pin or smoother or spread melted candy buttons over the surface to achieve a different finish to any project.

Use either side to emboss or raise the pattern in your paste, they are flexible, strong and easy to wash.
