PME Texture mats are used to add texture and an intricate pattern into rollout icing as Sugar paste, modelling paste, gum paste, modelling chocolate and marzipan. This texture mat can be used as a knit pattern.

How to Use: Simply roll over the top with your rolling pin or smoother or spread melted candy buttons over the surface to achieve a different finish to any project.

Use either side to emboss or raise the pattern in your paste, they are flexible, strong and easy to wash.
