FunCakes Sugar Paste Baby Blue 250 g
The baby blue sugar paste has a beautiful bright colour and a delicious vanilla flavour. Perfect for covering a cake and to cut out shapes.
Preparation: The following process is recommended for the best result: Let the sugar paste come to ambient temperature. Knead the sugar paste firmly until it is smooth and elastic. Dust the work surface with a bit of icing sugar and roll out the fondant with a rolling pin to an even shape (2-3 mm thick). Turn the sugar paste a quarter to prevent sticking. Are there still small cracks visible on the edges when the fondant is rolled out? Knead again firmly until the edges are smooth when rolling out. Then the sugar paste is ready for use.
