Silver lustre dust from Squires Kitchen
Silver lustre dust is ideal for adding a shimmer to your cake creations. This dust can be brushed onto fondant to give a light shimmer effect or can be made into paint by adding a few drops of neat, clear alcohol such as gin or vodka or rejuvenator fluid making it perfect for painting on metallic detail to decorations such as piped royal icing.
