Strawberry Bakery Emulsion is perfectly blended to give your favourite recipe an irresistible strawberry flavour.
Emulsions are water-based, alcohol-free alternatives to extracts. Instead of using alcohol, the flavour is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water. Use in any recipe as you would an extract - and experience better results! The encapsulation enables the flavour to not lose its integrity when exposed to high heat.
Ingredients: water, propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavouring, glycerol, alcohol, beetroot juice, xanthan gum, colour: E129, E133. E129: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. This product is: Kosher certified, gluten-free.
