Medium Chocolate Easter egg mould from cake star

  • Simply melt chocolate, pour into the mould a thin layer of chocolate around the mould. Allow to harden and pop out.
  • to stick both sides together gently warm the edges  of each half and lightly press together. Allow to set
  • If you want coloured seashells mix some colourmill colour with white chocolate.
  • I also always wipe the inside of the mould with a dry piece of kitchen paper before adding the chocolate this allows the chocolate to pop out a little bit easier.
