The Callebaut Chocolate Callets Gold are unique callets with an intense, but well balanced caramel chocolate, with rich notes of toffee, butter, cream and a pinch of salt. The golden callets have a beautiful warm caramel and pale amber colour, with a golden hue. The callets are made of the finest Belgian chocolate are ideal for making chocolates, bavarois, ganache and much more.
