Adult Cake Decorating Class
Halloween themed sugarcraft class, come along and learn how to make an edible witches cauldron filled with a selection of Halloween delights from pumpkins to hands and much more.
We will use a chocolate biscuit cake to create the cauldron shape, learn how to cover with fondant and decorate with all different Halloween themed sugarcraft we will create during the class.
You will learn:
-Demonstration on how to make a chocolate biscuit cake and a recipe will be provided.
-How to cover a chocolate biscuit pudding with fondant.
-Cover a board with fondant & how to create a wooden effect.
-Create a selection of fondant decorations from pumpkins, spell books, hands to a witches hat.
-Add details to your creation using edible pens and dust colours.
-You will learn how to use a variety of sugarcraft tools from modelling tools, texture mats, cutters and moulds.
All ingredients and equipment will be provide for the class turn up empty handed and go home with a chocolate witches cauldron that you will have decorated yourself.
Tea/Coffee and light refreshments will be provided.
Classes length is 3 hours approx, class may run over.
