Adult Cake Decorating Class.
Christmas themed sugarcraft class, come along and learn how to make an Igloo chocolate biscuit pudding, complete with polar bear and penguins.
We will use a chocolate biscuit cake to create the Igloo shape, learn how to cover with fondant and create a snow effect. Create fondant figures of a polar bear and penguins using modelling paste.
You will learn:
-Demonstration on how to make a chocolate biscuit cake and a recipe will be provided.
-How to cover a chocolate biscuit pudding with fondant.
-Cover a board with fondant & how to create snow effect.
-Create a polar bear and penguin figures from modelling paste.
-Add details to your creation using edible pens and dust colours.
-You will learn how to use a variety of sugarcraft tools from modelling tools, texture mats, cutters and moulds.
All ingredients and equipment will be provide for the class turn up empty handed and go home with a chocolate Igloo that you will have decorated yourself.
Tea/Coffee and light refreshments will be provided.
Classes length is 3 hours approx, class may run over.
