Adult Cake Decorating Class
Christmas themed sugarcraft class, come along and learn how to make a selection of Christmas themed fondant decorations which you’ll use to decorate cupcakes.
You will learn:
-How to bake cupcakes and achieve a flat cupcake top. This will be a demonstration, a recipe will be provided for vanilla cupcakes.
-Tips how to pipe buttercream swirl with 1M piping tip.
-How to make a selection of fondant decorations from snowmen, Christmas trees, wreaths, Santa’s hat and many more.
-Add details to your fondant decorations using edible pens and dust colours.
-You will learn how to use a variety of sugarcraft tools from modelling tools, texture mats, cutters and moulds.
All ingredients and equipment will be provide for the class turn up empty handed and go home with a box of cupcakes that you will have decorated yourself.
Tea/Coffee and light refreshments will be provided.
Classes length is 3 hours approx.
Cupcakes decorated in class may be slightly different from photo.
